Access and account

You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. To make a purchase, we may require your email address and payment and shipping details. You must provide truthful, current, and complete information and keep your credentials secure. You may not transfer your account.

Our products

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or refuse it at our discretion. Acceptance is confirmed after payment is processed. Review your order carefully before submitting—cancellation may not be possible after acceptance. Any changes will be communicated to the email address provided. Returns are governed by our Returns/Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use only, not for resale or commercial export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price in effect at the time your order is confirmed and shown in the confirmation email applies. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk transfers when the order is handed over to the carrier.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to those third parties’ terms.

The Services may include links or content from third parties. We are not responsible for their accuracy, content, products, or services. Review their policies before making any transactions.

Relationship with Shopify

This store runs on Shopify technology. Sales are made directly between you and LeStyle. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between the parties. You release Shopify from claims arising from your purchases from LeStyle.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes data to host and improve the Services. Please review the policy to understand how data is shared and processed.

Comments and reviews

If you submit ideas, comments, or reviews (“Comments”), you grant LeStyle a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use them for operational and commercial purposes. You confirm you have the necessary rights and will comply with these Terms. We may moderate or remove Comments that violate the rules.

Errors and inaccuracies

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including prices, descriptions, availability) and update or cancel affected orders at any time without notice.

No waiver; entire agreement

Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with posted policies, form the entire agreement between you and LeStyle.

These Terms are governed by the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where LeStyle is established.
